Terms and Conditions (Effective: November 26, 2026)
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using CryptoTalks ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
These terms apply to cryptotalks.network and to every subdomain and related service we operate under it, including chartsense.cryptotalks.network. Where this agreement says "the Platform", it means all of them together. Crypto Talks Network, LLC runs the Platform.
2. Description of Service
CryptoTalks is a cryptocurrency analysis and trading platform that provides:
Real-time cryptocurrency market data and charts
Technical analysis tools and indicators
Trading strategies, signals and educational content
Digital books you read on the Platform
Aureus, an AI assistant that answers questions about crypto and the Platform
Community features and discussions
A referral program
Premium subscription services
3. User Accounts
One account gives you access to the whole Platform. The account you create on cryptotalks.network is the same account on every subdomain and related service listed in section 1, and these terms and our Privacy Policy govern your use of all of them.
To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the security of your password and account
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Subscription Plans
CryptoTalks offers these plans:
Member: Free. Read articles, use the charts and standard indicators, and follow the market.
Contributor: $10 per month or $100 per year. Adds commenting, publishing, our custom indicators and more on-chain tools.
Analyst: $25 per month or $250 per year. Adds all strategies, the strategy tester, the market scores and more charts at once.
The plans page in your account shows the current features and prices. Plans we no longer sell keep working for the people who already have them.
Card subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. A Solana Pay payment buys one month or one year and does not renew.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our Refund Policy.
5. Payment Terms
We accept payments through:
Stripe payment processor for traditional payment methods
Solana Pay for cryptocurrency payments
By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.
6. Digital Books
We sell "The Complete Crypto Analyst", a series of five digital books. Each volume costs $29 (or €29). The set of all five costs $119 (or €119). Prices include VAT or sales tax where it applies. You pay through Stripe Checkout.
You read the books on the Platform. There is no download, and copying and printing are blocked. Your access does not expire. If you close your account, you lose access to the books you bought. If we shut down the Platform, we will tell you at least 30 days before.
You may read the books for your own personal use. You may not copy, share, sell or publish their content.
Before you pay, you tick this statement: "I want immediate access to this digital book. I understand I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once I open it."
Refunds for digital books are covered in our Refund Policy, section 5 (Digital Books).
7. AI Assistant (Aureus)
Aureus answers questions about crypto and about the Platform. It is an AI system, and its answers can be wrong, out of date or incomplete. Check anything important before you rely on it.
Answers from Aureus are educational. They are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice (see section 10).
Each plan has a daily message limit. The assistant page shows how many messages you have left today.
You must not use Aureus to break the law, to harass anyone, to try to make it ignore its rules or reveal its instructions, or to overload the service. We may limit or remove your access to Aureus if you misuse it.
The Privacy Policy explains what happens to your messages.
8. Referral Program
Every account gets a referral code. The Referral Program Terms explain how referrals, discounts, commissions, payouts and site credit work. They are part of these Terms.
9. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. You agree not to:
Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations or laws
Transmit worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Share your account credentials with others
Use the platform to provide financial advice without proper licensing
Create fake or duplicate accounts, including to refer yourself
10. Investment Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: The information provided on CryptoTalks is for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered as financial advice.
This includes our signals, strategies, indicators, market scores, the strategy tester, articles, books and the answers from the Aureus AI assistant. None of them is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset.
Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk and may not be suitable for all investors.
Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should carefully consider your financial situation and consult with financial advisors before making any investment decisions.
11. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CryptoTalks and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
12. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Platform, to understand our practices.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
14. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CryptoTalks, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages,
including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Platform.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in Delaware. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. When the Terms or the Privacy Policy change, we may ask you to agree to the new version the next time you use the Platform.
This version takes effect on November 26, 2026. If you do not accept the updated terms, contact support before November 26, 2026. We will cancel your subscription and refund the unused part of the current period.
